How to view leads captured

Viewing leads is simple either through the Dashboard or on mobile. Viewing leads on the desktop dashboard is great if you want an overview of the information collected. However if you’re looking to take action on those leads, its best doing that directly on the mobile app, since you can email/call directly from the app.


View Leads on Desktop

Step 1:
Navigate to the “Leads” section on the left hand panel. There you’ll see all leads captured and information selected.

Step 2: (to export leads)
Leads can be exported from the dashboard by navigating to the “Tools” section on the left panel. There click on the icon as shown below to download a CSV of your leads.

View Leads on Mobile

Step 1:
On the mobile app, navigate to the “Analytics” section, as indicated by the icon and label bottom left of app. There tap the top metric box labeled, “Total Leads

Step 2:
A full list of leads captured will display. Tap a lead to pull up available ways to contact the lead. Each lead will have 3 possible icons next to the lead’s name to indicate what information is available. Such as phone call, sms or email as ways to reach out.

Step 3:
Another way to reach out directly to a lead is in the “Chat” section, found bottom left of the app. From there, you’ll see a list of conversations. The one’s with letters inside the circle colored icon found on the left side of each row, will indicate a lead was captured. Swipe right to pull out a menu of ways to contact the lead.
